Hi, I'm Patricia, the founder of Nine Lives Bookkeeping. I'm a virtual bookkeeper who specializes in contractors and trade businesses, with a particular focus on solar, and I also work with neurodivergent entrepreneurs, organic farms, and other earth-conscious small businesses to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to their finances.
With over 8 years of experience in the trades and solar industry, I understand the financial complexity of contracting from the inside out — job costing, equipment expenses, subcontractor payments, and project-based billing. That means fewer questions, faster results, and books that actually reflect how your business works.
With additional experience supporting small businesses and nonprofits, I bring a practical, organized, and genuinely caring approach to your finances. My background in administration, HR, management, and operations gives me a well-rounded understanding of how businesses actually run day to day. And if you happen to share your workspace with a cat, we'll probably get along just fine.
As a neurodivergent business owner myself, I know what it feels like when the books pile up and the overwhelm sets in — and I offer patience, clarity, and zero judgment to other neurodivergent entrepreneurs.

The name Nine Lives Bookkeeping is personal. It's about resilience, fresh starts, and the belief that it's never too late to build something of your own — no matter where you're starting from or how many times you've had to start over. Oh, and cats. Definitely cats.
